You’ll create impact by:

  • Providing customer service support to customers in the Asia Pacific and Middle East regions.

  • Acting as the first point of contact for customers and logistics service providers, managing daily communications on all shipment inquiries, issues, and complaints.

  • Managing CRM tickets for the Middle East & Asia Pacific (MA) region.

  • Monitoring inbound and outbound activities of the Regional Distribution Center (RDC) and forwarders to the MA region.

  • Arranging deliveries directly from factories/RDCs to our end customers.

  • Coordinating shipments with forwarders.

  • Managing customer claims and return shipments to RDCs.

  • Performing freight invoice clearing for RDC SG.

  • Handling ad hoc tasks as required by management.

Your excel in:

  • Holding a Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines.

  • Having 0 to 2 years of solid experience in customer services, sales support, and logistics functions, preferably gained from a multinational corporation (MNC). Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.

  • Possessing experience in the logistics services or freight forwarding industry (advantageous).

  • Handling a full set of import/export documents.

  • Having knowledge of SAP MM & SD applications (preferred).

  • Demonstrating the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

  • Exhibiting good analytical and communication skills.

  • Being self-motivated, independent, and able to work under pressure.

  • Commanding good proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, with Mandarin being an added advantage.

  • Being well-versed in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
