Qualifications and Key Responsibilities

For this position, we are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager with the following experience:

  • Promote and evangelize Oracle's Dedicated and Sovereign Cloud Solutions to selected customers, partners, and internal audiences.

  • Proven ability to apply project management discipline to develop detailed project plans, define scope, document requirements, and manage milestones, schedules, and resources for a complex group of projects.

  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

  • Experience owning, establishing, and managing multiple project deliverables, communicating project and program objectives, and ensuring resources are aligned properly.

  • Ability to identify customer needs and lead the internal process to propose appropriate technical solutions, while demonstrating the value proposition and competitive advantages.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to inform project decisions and strategy.

  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing and writing successful proposals in response to RFXs. This role requires exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously:

  • RFP Analysis and Strategy Development:

  • Thoroughly review and analyze RFP documents to understand client requirements and identify key proposal elements.

  • Develop proposal strategies and themes to address client needs and align with company capabilities.

  • Proposal Writing and Coordination:

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, marketing, technical experts) to gather necessary information and insights.

  • Ensure that proposals are compliant with all RFP requirements and guidelines.

  • Ensure that proposals are customized to address specific client needs and stand out from competitors.

  • Demonstrate flexibility and resilience in response to changing or ambiguous situations, directing changes through appropriate review and approval mechanisms.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and experience interacting with both, Business and Development/Engineering individuals at all levels including the executive level.

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring their needs and expectations are met. Owns the relationship with the customers' Project Managers, build credibility and develop lasting relationships.

  • Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including Product Managers, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Support teams, to facilitate effective communication and collaboration, and to ensure project alignment, and maintain customer satisfaction and success.

  • Develop relationships and collaborate with our partners to define, recommend, and drive sales.

  • Develop and execute a sales plan that provides complete domain-specific coverage. Develop appropriate sales programs and solutions; maintain up-to-date competitive information and compile domain success stories.

  • Engage with Pre-Sales for customer meetings to develop customer discussions further.

  • Contribute to account planning, customer/market analysis, and strategy sessions.

Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.

  • 7+ years of experience in Project Management on technical cross-functional projects.

  • Experience in managing and executing large-scale, complex cross-organizational technical Projects and delivering high-quality products.

  • Demonstrated success in writing and managing RFP responses.

  • Ability to be an influential member of a highly integrated team composed of both technical and non-technical members.

  • Proven experience working with and holding relationships with the Israeli defense and intelligence establishment - advantage.

  • Hold Israeli Security clearance – advantage.

  • Experience in cloud services: AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI

  • Experience with PM tools: JIRA, Confluence, etc.
