Responsible for technical support of business planning and production. Provides key link between plant and GE Vernova Gas Power engineering organizations.

Job Description

What you’ll do

• Drive CoE quotation workflow process, provide key inputs and assistance,

• Coordinate internal activities related to NPI programs / communicate with customer representatives,

• Communicate with customer and design engineering representatives regarding NPI programs as needed,

• Track and facilitate drawing/specifications changes initiated for error corrections or cost reductions,

• Manage distribution of production support documentations (drawings, engineering BoMs, 3D models),

• Provide assistance to cell Manufacturing Engineers regarding technical questions,

• Identify additional machine requirements due to capability shortfalls,

• Lead internal and if needed external qualifications with both local engineering, QPEs/SQEs and DE/MPE team.

What you’ll bring (Basic Qualifications)

• BSc or MSc degree in Engineering (pref. mechanical engineering degree)

• Strong experience in heavy/medium manufacturing

• Practical knowledge of machining and fabrication techniques

• Some experience in NPI projects

• Fluent in Hungarian and English

• Functional ability using personal computing applications(word processors, spreadsheets, graphics, email, etc.)

• Drawing/BOM understanding and correlation
