We are seeking an experienced Senior Administration Coordinator to join Perth’s Capital Markets team. You will provide administrative and marketing support to the Directors and the broader team.

The opportunity:

  • Supporting 5 Capital Markets operators working across the property transactions of Hotels, Retail, Office and Metropolitan Investments.

  • Preparation and assistance of end to end sales and leasing marketing campaigns including drafting Submissions, the creation and design of Information Memorandums, producing brochures, uploading Real Commercial listings, arranging signboards and organising electronic mailouts

  • Administrative organisation and preparation of agency agreements, sales contracts and various other sales/leasing documentation.

  • Support financial performance by managing forecasting, expenses, billing, invoice management and debtors

  • Database and invoice management in Salesforce

  • Liaison for WA relationship with all marketing/media agencies and service providers

  • Coordinate team meetings with prepared agenda and follow up action items

  • Event planning and coordination when required

  • Other related administrative tasks as required

About you:

  • Minimum 4 years experience in administration in a corporate environment

  • Ability to multitask and juggle competing priorities

  • Strong communications skills to enable liaison with clients and senior stakeholders

  • Experience with MS Office and design packages such as Indesign or similar

  • Team player and the ability to work both collaboratively & autonomously is crucial.
