A rare opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Facilities Manager to join the on-site team in our Property Management business managing a market leading Premium Office Tower. Reporting to the Head of Operations and working with a proactive and dynamic onsite team, you will showcase your skills and experience across facilities management, be empowered to own your role and trusted to make optimum decisions to best serve the technical and operational needs of this Premium asset.

The opportunity:

  • Establish, enhance and maintain innovative technical services in line with current and future “Smart buildings”

  • Assist with management of tenancy delivery including lessors works and fitout management

  • Manage asset lifecycles including planning & delivery of Capital Works programs across the portfolio

  • Accountable for managing the delivery of all Facilities Management services, tenant liaison and contractor management

  • Maintain the technical and operational management of the building

  • Establish policies and procedures, WHS and compliance programs

  • Responsible for delivering superior customer service and develop key tenant stakeholder engagement by providing effective and timely communications to our tenants, stakeholders and client.

  • Manage tenant/client relationships and work closely with the on-site and head office teams

  • Ongoing maintenance management in addition to budgeting, forecasting, and planning

  • Management of service contractors, energy suppliers, technical consultants, and minor capital works contracts to ensure high levels of service performance

About you:

  • Previous Facilities Management experience within a prime commercial office tower

  • Customer centric approach to premium service delivery

  • Strong organisational and computer skills with the ability to prioritise

  • Proven problem solver with the capacity to work under pressure and at pace

  • Advanced communication skills and a proactive and professional approach

  • An ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously

  • The ability to build relationships with stakeholder, client, and tenants quickly.
