[Shop -- Learn from the ThinkBIG Mentor and perform work tasks in the shop as assigned. It is expected that throughout the 2-year program an Owens intern will gradually be able to take more in-depth shop assignments under the direction of the ThinkBIG Mentor and Service Supervisor.
