Overview

We are looking for a Regional Director of Talent Acquisition to join our dynamic hospice recruiting team. This position will lead a talented team of remote clinical recruiters and report to the Sr. Director of Talent Acquisition. The person will be responsible for leading recruitment efforts for one of our hospice regions. We are looking for an engaging and inspirational leader that has experience developing and executing recruitment plans that support a wide geographic region encompassing hundreds of locations.

This is a remote position supporting the southern half of the United States across all time zones. Would prefer the candidate reside in GA, FL panhandle, AL, MS, AR, LA, TX, OK, KS, NM or AZ.

About You

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or equivalent combination of education and experience

• At least 10 years of recruitment/talent acquisition experience

• At least 5 years of experience in a talent acquisition leadership position

• Experience leading remote teams is preferred

• Successful track record of leading teams of 5+ people

• Experience managing recruitment efforts for hundreds of openings across hundreds of locations

• High volume recruiting experience

• Healthcare recruiting experience preferred

• Experience creating and executing novel sourcing strategies

• Ability to travel 10 - 20% of the time
