TEKsystems Mortgage Admin Support Assistant in Pensacola, Florida

TEKsystems is currently hiring for Mortgage Admin Support Assistant's with a Fortune 100 Financial Institution in Pensacola, FL!

Job Description:

To provide a variety of administrative support functions within respective business unit(s), in support of daily operations. Under immediate supervision, follow basic processes and procedures to accomplish routine tasks. Receive and respond to inquiries from internal/external sources and/or members to ensure effective, timely and accurate service. May serve as contact coordinator by handling general phone calls, directing visitor traffic, and scheduling events/meetings. Works with either close supervision or under clearly defined procedures.

Some Examples of day to day responsibilities:

  • Homesquad remediation – if there is a file that does not export, they will go in and look at the details of the loan so it gets assigned to a Loan Officer

  • Homesquad follow up

  • Tracking manual updates

  • Monitoring the mortgage assistant BODs – help them get in touch with their Loan Officer

  • Calling Loan Officers and realtors to do follow ups

  • Working with PAL rush inbox – working with preapprovals

Location: Full-time ONSITE for the first 6 months

  • After the first 6 months, option to move to a hybrid schedule of 2 days per week onsite

Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday must be able to work between 7:30am-5:00pm CST

Pay: $16.50/hour

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of recent office admin experience required

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience

  • High School Diploma required

  • High Level Communication: Written and Verbal

  • Customer service oriented

  • Ability to work in a fast paced, production based work environment

  • Receptive to constructive feedback

  • Computer & Tech Savvy

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel

  • Strong data entry skills
