Genesis Corp dba Genesis10 Oracle Developer in Pennington, New Jersey
Genesis10 is currently seeking an Oracle Developer with our client in the financial industry located in Pennington, NJ. This is a 12+ month contract position.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in PL/SQL
- Hands on shell scripting experience
- Unix/Linux experience
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong knowledge of data management concepts, including database structure, and proficiency with Oracle SQL and other standard database query tools
- Experience in data analysis, data mapping techniques
- Strong Data Analytical skills (for data stored in Oracle/SQL Server)
- Able to interact with onsite leadership/developer
- Strong technical background
- Experienced technologist with strong database and data modeling experience, ability to work across multiple teams to ensure consistent implementation of the data model
- Able to coordinate and guide offshore DEV team members
Desired Skills:
- Work experience with Business Intelligence (data architecture, entity relationship planning, dimensional modeling, ETL, OLAP, analytical reporting)
- Experience in ETL Informatica and database development (Oracle/SQL Server)
- Experience in Trading/Banking technology
- Experience in Compliance/Independent Testing area
- Data Warehouse experience
