Kelly Services Calibration Associate in Pennington, New Jersey

Kelly Science is seeking a Calibration Associate to join a growing company located in Pennington, NJ.

Summary:

As a Calibration Associate, you will be responsible for the calibration and maintenance of equipment and instruments to ensure adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Job Duties Include:

  • Perform routine calibration and maintenance of laboratory and manufacturing equipment, including instruments, sensors, and control systems.

  • Accurately document all calibration activities in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and company procedures.

  • Diagnose and resolve calibration-related issues and ensure equipment is functioning correctly and within specified tolerances.

  • Ensure all calibrations are performed according to regulatory requirements (FDA, EMA, etc.) and industry standards.

  • Schedule and coordinate calibration activities to minimize downtime and ensure continuous operation of manufacturing processes.

  • Maintain calibration records and databases, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.

  • Work closely with the Quality Assurance team to ensure calibration processes meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.

  • Identify and implement opportunities for improving calibration procedures and optimizing equipment performance.

  • Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment

Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree in Engineering, Electronics, Instrumentation, or a related field. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • 2-4 years of calibration experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or related industry.

  • Proficient in the use of calibration standards and equipment. Familiarity with various types of instruments and control systems used in pharmaceutical manufacturing.

  • Strong understanding of cGMP, FDA, and other regulatory requirements related to equipment calibration.

  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.

  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
