This position is for a highly competent Business Continuity Consultant with experience in Technology Resiliency Planning and Testing to join our dynamic technology resiliency team. This candidate will work within the Global Technology Resiliency & Business Continuity (GRBC) Planning and Testing Operations team and play a crucial role in managing and reducing technological risk and maintain regulatory compliance within our technology resilience planning and testing programs.

Our ideal candidate must have/must be able to:

• Technical knowledge and understanding of application & data resiliency configurations, recovery/failover, and restoral

• Align to existing MRA/Audit Issue workload to assist in driving each forward, identifying and analyzing root cause of the deficiency, developing the necessary solution, and recommending updates to Standards, SOP and other documentations as needed

• Reduce technological risk and maintain regulatory compliance within technology resilience planning and testing programs

Education/Certification Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience

Experience requirements:

• 7+ years if technology resilience planning and testing or equivalent experience

• Experience in failure analysis and contingency planning and testing

• Non functional design architecture – capacity, scalability, and performance

• Knowledge of full stack build techniques, automation, and data protection

• Ability to assimilate information and work with up to four distinct and potentially unrelated services, each with 2 – 20 critical applications

• Experience in developing and managing technology resiliency & recovery plans and testing standards, policies, and process and procedure documents

• Knowledge of technology systems application and data protection techniques, system rebuild and data recovery or reconstruction capabilities and testing techniques
