Pender Community Hospital District RHC Administrative Assistant (full-time) in Pender, Nebraska
Job Descriptions:
Performs project coordination and assistance, administrative, organizational, clerical support and general office duties of a highly responsible and confidential nature as assigned by the Clinic Manager or her appointed staff as directed in accordance with the philosophy, goals and objectives of Pender Community Hospital.
Assists Clinic Director and Clinic Nursing Manager with scheduling meetings and communication via phone, email and correspondence.
Assists Clinic Director in coordinating provider's clinic schedule
Data mines, creates reports and does research as requested by Clinic Director and Clinic Nursing Manager
Reports out and is the lead for RHC patient satisfaction/Press Ganey
Key contact and manages scheduling and onboarding for medical student rotations and high school/college students shadowing
Performs other duties as assigned
Schedules and documents RHC Clinics annual inventory
Assists with RHC survey preparation and ensures all RHC manuals are kept up to date
Assists with certified Health Clinic designation requirements and survey preparation
Will assist triage as directed by Clinic Director and Clinic Nursing Manager with fax backs, papers distribution and any other nonclinical tasks
Back up for DON with nursing staff scheduling, ordering supplies
Has an active participation in any RHC projects and new programs being developed
Hours: Minimum 36 hours/week, Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
Required Experience:
Education, Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent customer service skills required.
Effective knowledge and familiarity with word processing, computer navigation, and e-mail
High ability to navigate and run effectively various computer programs
Certificates, Licensure, Registrations:
