Robert Half is searching for a Controller for a local organization! The ideal Controller will have experience working with Financial Statements, GAAP and experience leading a team. This role is with an excellent organization and has amazing benefits!!!

Requirements

• Audit experience working with eternal auditors

• Skilled in Financial Statement Preparation, with the ability to produce accurate and timely reports

• Strong knowledge of GAAP Accounting principles and ability to apply them in practical situations

• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Must possess a high level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
