Responsibilities

• Managing multi-line phone system while navigating various portals

• Triaging customers and transferring to the appropriate party

• Working with sales team to update product information/pricing on the website

• Tracking order shipments and progress to provide ETAs to customers

• Lots of interdepartmental communication (sales, warehouse, leadership, etc)

• Administrative support including scanning, filing, data entry

Skills

• Typing Skills (2 years of experience is required)

• Customer Service (2 years of experience is required)

• Sales Support (2 years of experience is preferred)

• Data Entry (2 years of experience is required)

• Inside Sales (2 years of experience is preferred)

• Order Tracking (2 years of experience is required)

• Good Tenure (2 years of experience is required)
