Description We are in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for our growing company in the automotive sector. This role presents a short-term contract employment opportunity in the bustling city of Pearl River, New York. The CFO will work in conjunction with the current CFO and COO, focusing on Mergers & Acquisitions, business valuations, financial planning, and process improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the expansion of the company by actively participating in Mergers & Acquisitions (M& A)

• Evaluate potential deals and conduct thorough due diligence

• Perform business valuations and create financial forecasts for new and existing business ventures

• Handle banking and financial management tasks, including capital management and cash flow analysis

• Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth and profitability

• Manage cash flow effectively to ensure the organization's financial health

• Spearhead process improvements in the finance department to boost efficiency and accuracy

• Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders. Requirements

• Must hold a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in a senior financial leadership role

• Proficient in Capital Management and Cash Flow Analysis

• Expertise in Financial Planning and Mergers & Acquisitions (M& A) is required

• Demonstrated experience in Business Valuation

• Strong knowledge and previous experience in managing Bank Relations and Business Banking Relationships

• Must have the ability to make strategic decisions based on financial analysis

• Excellent leadership and team management skills

• Professional certification such as CPA or CFA is a plus
