Salary starting at $ 42.15 per hour plus generous shift differential

Status: PRN (Days, Evenings, Weekends and/or Holidays)

    Your role & responsibilities include:

  • Completing assessments and plan of care on assigned patients and provides individualized nursing care

  • Administers medications as assigned and serves as a resource for knowledge of medication uses; including educating residents about their medications

  • Check for proper medication orders, dosage, side effects and documents medications according to policy

  • Respond to and assesses resident's medical needs and promotes and provides health care teaching to residents

  • Be proactive in identifying potential crisis situations and responding appropriately

  • Function as a leader on the unit to ensure the unit is operating in a safe and therapeutic manner

    Qualifications

    Your Qualifications include:

  • Licensed as a RN in the State of Hawaii

  • Prefer one year of experience, BUT are willing to consider the right new graduate.

  • Possess a strong work ethic, responsible attendance and punctuality

  • Must be capable of passing a thorough background check and pre-employment drug screen
