Overhead Door Company of Atlanta, a DH Pace Company aspires to hire a "Selling" Sales manager located in Peachtree Corners, who will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a team of sales professionals, and personally closing deals. This role requires a leader with a strong background in sales, particularly in the garage door or home improvement industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team. Responsibilities: Sales Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team sales targets. Personal Sales: Actively engage in the sales process by prospecting, presenting, and closing deals with new and existing clients. Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals and objectives. Performance Monitoring: Monitor sales team performance, providing coaching and feedback to ensure continuous improvement. Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for improvement. Collaboration: Work closely with operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and support for sales initiatives. Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of garage door products, services, and industry trends to effectively address customer needs and objections. Other duties as assigned Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a sales management role, preferably in the garage door or home improvement industry. Proven Success: Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving team performance. Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present and negotiate with clients. Customer Focus: A strong commitment to customer satisfaction and building long-term relationships. Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with garage door systems, installation, and maintenance is a plus. Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, but not required. Drivers License: Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation. Why DH Pace?
