[Job Summary: [BBandE is seeking an experienced Environmental Project Manager to support our federal clients. As a Project Manager, you will work directly with our existing staff to [ensure high-quality/successful planning, execution, and completion of various projects within the financial and schedule expectations. • Project management - Lead a team of cross-functional professionals to provide our clients with high-quality execution and delivery of agreed upon services within the negotiated budgetary and schedule parameters.
• Track and manage multiple projects/assignments concurrently.
• Track and present project metrics to the Management Team.
• Presentations throughout the project lifecycle to brief our clients on all aspects of a project, both from an execution and technical perspective.
• Routine presentations to project stakeholders, including the public, related to project activities, schedule, and results.
• Review of technical documents for detailed analysis of technical approach; implementability of proposed activities; compliance with federal, state, and local regulations; and ability of approach to meet project objectives.
• Proposal preparation and support.
• Lead, mentor, and train junior- and mid-level staff to 1) maximize project execution and 2) prepare our staff for larger roles within the company.

Proven ability to work effectively with clients and project teams to successfully execute the scope of work in accordance with the clients expectations, while meeting financial and schedule metrics.

Self-motivated individual that can independently track and manage multiple projects concurrently.
