Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. Lead Security Officer in Pawtucket, Rhode Island

Securitas Security Services is looking for a full-time security professional for an industrial location in Pawtucket.

Full time second shift, Lead Officer $18.00

Duties:

  • Access control, foot patrol indoors and outdoors

  • Customer service

  • Upholding client expectations on site

  • Writing incident reports and daily activity reports

  • CCTV observation and alarm response

Lead Officer Duties:

  • Communicate regularly with client representatives and employees to ensure the highest level of customer service is provided

  • Communicate with Branch Office Management to discuss training goals, site challenges

  • Train, monitor, and coach new hires to the client site

Requirements:

  • High school diploma, GED, equivalent or above

  • Must be 18 years or older

  • 45 min walking tours indoors and out

  • Intermediate computer skills

  • 1 year of prior secuirty experience, prior lead experience in a previous role preferred

  • Reliable access to communication and transportation to Pawtucket location
