We are seeking a Project Analyst to support our customer onsite at Patrick Space Force Base, Satellite Beach, FL. The ideal candidate will have the following experience and qualifications:

Duties:

• Responsible for providing support and project analysis for the Program Manager.

• Assists in planning and evaluating projects to include prioritization.

• Provides scheduling assistance and deconfliction as needed.

• Possesses knowledge in business and office procedures.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Planner, and Project.

• Leads support team in all phases of all project lifecycles: initiation, planning, control, and closure.

• Provides support to the Project Manager in the following areas:

• Determining staffing needs for projects.

• Hiring or assigning the appropriate personnel to build a support team.

• Analyzing project resource usage and adjusting as appropriate.

• Tracking project progress and implementing corrective action when necessary.

• Tracking and reporting on schedule performance.

• Compiling project reports and communications.

• Communicating with support team members to ensure successful completion of all project objectives and deliverables on time and within budget.

• Communicating with customer POCs and stakeholders.

• Overseeing and monitoring project Quality Management activities

Required Education:

• Bachelor’s degree.

Required Experience:

• Bachelor's degree; at least 5 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Experience may be substituted for degree level.

• Understanding of the standard project management principles and standards.

• Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures.

• Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

• May lead and direct the work of others.

• Must be able to lead a team at varying locations.

• Must be able to effectively lead a diverse team of professional and technical personnel.

Desired Qualifications:

• Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification.

• Experience with scheduling applications such as MS Project and Monday.com.

• Team Lead or Project Lead experience.

• Risk Assessment experience.

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
