Cost Analyst, Mid-level Hybrid

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in math, engineering, business, or the sciences.
• Minimum five (5) years of experience.
• Experienced in Automated Cost Estimating Integrated Tools (ACEIT).
• Experience estimating software requirements.
• Active Secret level clearance.
• Experience in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, Project)
• ACAT 2 level cost analysis/estimating experience.
• Knowledge of the Adaptive Acquisition Framework pathways.
• Multitasking skills
• Experience researching, analyzing, and evaluatinginformation.
• Communication skills, both orally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Conduct cost analysis and cost estimates for Life Cycle Cost Estimates, Program Office budgets, Independent Government Estimates, Cost Benefit Analysis, Contract Proposals, and other cost products as requested
• Assist with the development of Cost Analysis Requirement Description (CARD)
• Conduct monthly/quarterly analysis on cost-related CDRLs submitted by industry partners.
• Provide analytical support for program controls and reporting and for financial execution and budgets.
• Coordinate and defend results with and across other organizations (DASA-CE and/or OSD CAPE) and contractors.
