IS Senior Project Manager

Pasig City Philippines, Hybrid

What is the job about?

Organize all aspects of a project from start to finish, so that it is completed on time, within budget, agreed scope and with high success criteria achievement. The IS Senior Project Manager will be responsible for the adherence to the IS Project Management Model and selection of optimal project approach. The IS Senior Project Manager is responsible for the leadership and management of IT/IS projects deliveries to ensure the goals and benefits set in the project mandate. You are in IS Project management Office & Project Execution team, and report to Senior IT manager .

Your main responsibilities :

• Project Management of IS project deliverables.

• Supervision of project team members

• Good stakeholder management

• That IT Security and GPDR is properly addressed in the projects.

• That Enterprise/Solution Architecture is involved in the conceptual design.

• Financial Management of the projects

• That the Service introduction process is followed and that a seamless transition is done to normal support

• That IS change management is properly handled.

• Good reporting to project boards, the IS portfolio and other internal IS stakeholders.

• The IS Senior Project Manager is expected to participate in the continuing development of the PMO&PE department (IS Project Management Model, tools, methodologies).

• You can be mentor or sparring partner for Project Coordinators

Your background :

We imagine that you have:

• Master’s degree in IT or Business relevant filed.

• Prince II foundation or IPMA C level

• Scrum master or similar Agile knowledge.

• Have 1 to 5 years of experience within project management and if you have experience in delivering IT infrastructure projects it’s a favorable factor.
