Power Integrations Lead Web Developer in Pasig City, Philippines

Power Integrations is seeking a lead web developer to be an integral member of a fast-paced marketing organization. The role is responsible for managing our global web and e-commerce platform and bringing Power Integrations’ digital strategy to life across power.com and related sites.

Our company requires a detail-oriented, self-starter to build and optimize impactful digital experiences. The right candidate must have a deep understanding of Drupal, Marketo, and the latest web trends and technologies. The lead web developer will be responsible for the middle/backend of our site and bring a keen perspective on how the site should be improved for better performance. A web developer (Manila-based) as well as outside web developer consultant (US-based) will report to the lead web developer and assist with supporting the sites and supporting lead generation activities.

Responsibilities include:

  • Build, maintain, update, and optimize power.com built on the Drupal platform, as well as other digital properties

  • Manage web developer and the execution timeline for projects.

  • Collaborate with marketing and IT teams to resolve issues/bugs, prioritize needs, identify solutions, and implement.

  • Implement CMS best practices for site security, compliance, site hosting, and accessibility.

  • Maintain codebase in accordance with source and version control best practices (Git) and document deployment procedures.

  • Research new web features, and integrate third-party extensions/plugins and API, as needed.

  • Experience with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and related technologies.

  • Perform routine site audits and ongoing maintenance.

  • Build Marketo design templates and manage all integrations.

  • Ensure a consistent brand and user experience throughout our digital properties.

    Qualifications for role:

  • With a bachelor’s degree in information technology or other related fields.

  • 12 years of full-stack web development experience particularly with backend development on enterprise websites.

  • 5 years of experience maintaining, customizing, and developing Drupal CMS.

  • Proficiency in PHP 8, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.

  • Experience working with Zurb Foundation or other front end development frameworks and JavaScript frameworks such as jQuery.

  • Experience integrating enterprise CMS with Marketing Automation Systems (Marketo) and/or CRM systems.

  • Solid understanding of technical SEO, website speed performance for SEO, usability, WCAG 2.0 accessibility standard, mobile first responsive design, and cross-browser support.

  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

  • Clear and concise communication skills – both written and verbal.

  • Excellent time and project management skills.
