We are looking for highly motivated, result-oriented professionals for the following position to be part of our growing team in Pasig City, Philippines.

The HR Recruiter will execute recruiting activities to identify, engage and secure a good candidate at the right time with the right costs to meet business needs fully. This will be achieved through creative sourcing techniques and utilization of the global recruiting system and process. Collaborate with Hiring Managers to understand the business needs and deliver quality candidates cost-effectively and timely. This will be achieved through creative sourcing techniques and utilization of the global recruiting system and process. The Recruiter will be responsible for ensuring a good user experience, both for the hiring managers and candidates, in all stages of the process.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers to understand the business needs

  • Conduct Recruitment Planning Meetings to agree on suitable strategy and set clear expectations on time frames etc.

  • Prepare attractive Job Advertisements that align with Global guidelines

  • Full utilization of the SuccessFactors Recruitment system as per the Global process

  • Supporting Sourcer to source active and passive candidates through a variety of tools i.e LinkedIn Recruiter

  • Where required, maintain and establish vendor relationships negotiating best rates

  • Screen candidates against required skills and company-identified competencies via a range of methods i.e application questions/ phone interviews

  • Manage stakeholder expectations through timely communication to Hiring Managers and Candidates

  • Provide a final shortlist of candidates to Hiring Managers on time and schedule interviews accordingly

  • Administer and interpret SHL Assessments as required

  • Partner closely with the Compensation and Benefits Management Team to adhere to global C&B policy

  • Present and negotiate job offers to candidates obtaining acceptance

  • Support the onboarding process through the collection of required documentation

  • Provide guidance and assistance where needed to other recruiters in the team i.e sourcing for key priority roles and interview scheduling

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years experience recruiting within a corporate environment (a large manufacturing environment is highly desirable) or within an agency

  • Advanced English communication skills, verbal and written

  • End-to-end recruitment experience supporting remote managers in various countries

  • Strong screening and interviewing skills

  • Ability to build trust and interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization

  • Experience working with a Recruitment candidate management system desirable

  • Ability to handle confidential and personal information with the utmost integrity

  • Results-oriented approach and experience within a fast-paced environment

  • Confidence to encourage Hiring Managers to 'think outside the square’
