PtP Reporting Specialist ensures that external GR/IR open item are reconciled in accordance with monthly CPI & supports all ad-hoc or periodical reporting activities

Your main responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain collaboration with other finance functions in Group and Performance Units

• Perform analysis to strengthen the business decision-making process to improve performance and/or securing compliance to global and local policies and procedures

• Apply to best practice, global standards, policies, and processes within a specialized financial area

• Support all periodical & ad-hoc reporting activities

• Internal / external audit support

• KPI Reporting

• PtP Status / Productivity reporting

• Internal Control operation, review, and follow-up

• Administrative support to senior reporting colleagues

• To reconcile external GR/IR open items (attempts to solve the imbalances) in accordance with regional task split & monthly CPI

• Act as back-up for Reporting Team’s key processes in case of colleague’s absence

Your background:

• Most likely to have 3+ years of relevant work experience

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience

• Business Administration or Finance related studies

• MS Office knowledge - advanced knowledge of MS Excel

• Understanding of accounting principles
