Job Description Summary The Maintenance Manager at Lamb Weston Pasco is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of all machinery, equipment, and facilities at the company's production plant. The manager will lead a team of maintenance technicians and ensure that all work is completed efficiently, effectively, and in compliance with safety and environmental regulations. Job Description • Responsible for managing a team of maintenance technicians and coordinating maintenance activities with other departments, such as production and engineering. • Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs for all plant equipment and machinery, including conveyor systems, fryers, and packaging equipment. • Work closely with the production department to coordinate maintenance activities to minimize downtime and optimize production schedules. • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and develop safety procedures for maintenance activities. • Coordinate with engineering department to ensure equipment is installed and maintained according to manufacturer specifications. • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, downtime, and equipment repairs. • Manage maintenance inventory to ensure adequate supply levels of critical parts and supplies. • Monitor and manage maintenance budgets, ensuring that costs are kept within budgetary constraints. Basic & Preferred Qualifications Qualifications: • Strong knowledge of industrial equipment and machinery, including electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems. • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics. • Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS). • Strong leadership and team management skills. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure. • Must be able to work flexible hours and be on call for emergencies. Education • Bachelor's degree in engineering, maintenance management, or related field. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in a food processing plant or industrial manufacturing environment.
