Our Maintenance department in Pasco, WA is now looking for a Janitor. Key Tasks MAINTAINS Building Appearance BY: Sweeping; mopping; dusting, cleaning, and polishing various surfaces including furniture, equipment, mirrors, windows, and fixtures; washing walls, counters, vents, rest room partitions, and woodwork; scrubbing; cleaning doors and tables; vacuuming carpet; emptying trash and recycling containers; transporting materials to disposal or pickup area; performing related building cleanliness related tasks as needed. Maintains building functionality by: Restocking break room, rest room, and cleaning supplies; assisting with the movement of offices, files, furniture as requested; assisting facilities manager with light maintenance tasks (such as set-up/tear down of chairs for meetings, assembly/tear-down of holiday decorations, etc.) as required. Maintains safe and clean work environment by: Ensuring all warning signs, placards, and floor signs are in place while cleaning; operating all machinery in a safe and efficient manner; reporting any safety hazards to assigned supervisor or safety manager; complying with all safety and quality policies, practices and procedures. MAINTAINS QUALITY SERVICE BY: Meeting/Exceeding all measurements of performance: quality, accuracy, timeliness, and thoroughness of work performed; completing daily janitorial check list.
