Summary:

 R&P is looking for a professional who wants to join our team. We are a small-sized defense contractor providing Engineering, Logistics, Program Management and Technical Services to government clients. We need a Waterfront Engineering Operations Manager ready to join a fast-paced and exciting work environment.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Hull, Mechanical and Electrical System for LHA and LPD New Construction Platforms. Provide In-yard Waterfront Technical oversight in Milestone Production Management of HM&E Systems Integration through successful light off and delivery LHA and LPD Class Hulls.

  Serve as Lead Test Engineer providing technical oversight of all Hull, Mechanical and Electrical Industrial Test Procedures including execution thereof regarding LHA and LPD Class Hulls. Supports Builders Trials, Acceptance Trials, Final Contract Trials and Special Trials.

: High School diploma, or GED equivalent; Prior experience in a Machine repair and maintenance Department, or technically oriented position desired.
