Description

  • Provide first-level contact and convey resolutions to customer issues.

  • Appropriately diagnose, troubleshoot, solve, and capture all relevant technical data on customer queries related to Active Directory, Service Now, and O365.

  • Monitor Service Now for ticket assignment and highlight any recurring issues for future problem management.

  • Manage and monitor internal assets to ensure precise inventory records.

  • Create, update, manage and delete user accounts and manage access controls in Active Directory.

  • Provide technical support and administer O365 applications including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.

  • Develop, manage, and execute processes for the deployment, maintenance and updating of software and hardware.

  • Collaborate with team members to solve complex issues and deliver the best possible solutions promptly.

  • Train end-users, from basic to advanced levels, on the use and functionalities of O365 applications as necessary.

  • Document processes and maintain proper records for audit purpose.

    Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in an IT support role with proven experience with Active Directory, Service Now and O365.

  • Strong technical understanding of IT networking, TCP/IP, Windows Server, DHCP/DNS, and VPN.

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft O365 apps.

  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

  • Strong ability to operate effectively in a team environment with both technical and non-technical team members.

  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with occasional periods of high stress.

  • Vendor certification would be an added advantage.
