Description Robert Half is looking for an organized, tech-savvy individual to fill the role of Network Administrator at a rapidly-growing firm. If you are a motivated problem solver and passionate about establishing and maintaining a stable network infrastructure, you could succeed in this role. Supporting the business, you will develop, administer and maintain the network infrastructure by making sure the enterprise systems and related components are secure, have integrity, and are highly available. You should be comfortable working with constantly changing software, hardware, network security programs, and data storage systems. Your dedication to ongoing education is critical to staying current and fully informed. This Network Administrator role, located in the Pasadena, Texas, area is a long-term contract / temporary to hire opportunity.

How you will make an impact

• Upgrading network software and hardware

• Troubleshooting and resolving issues regarding local area networks / wide area network, including performance and connectivity problems

• Distributing LAN/WAN security, antivirus and spam control measures

• Controlling the operation of services related to all local area networks and wide area networks, while adhering to company policies and procedures Requirements - 3+ years relevant experience

• Experience in production environments and willingness to be on-call

• Strong familiarity with Active Directory

• Meraki experience required

• Cisco Certified Network experience desired

• Exceptional skills in troubleshooting, analytics and diagnostics
