Honeywell Senior Customer Experience Training Professional (Portable Gas Detection) in Pasadena, Texas

As a Senior Customer Experience Training Professional - Portable Gas Detection here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving operational excellence and enhancing the overall customer experience. This role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, senior managers, and directors to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize operational processes. You will report directly to our Training Manager and you will work out of our Lincolnshire, IL or Pasadena, TX location on a Hybrid work schedule with primarily travel.

In this role, you have a significant impact in driving operational excellence, improving customer satisfaction, and ensuring the organization delivers a world-class customer experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and manage the operational excellence initiatives to drive process improvements and enhance customer experience.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify operational gaps and develop solutions to address them.

• Implement best practices and standard operating procedures to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

• Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

• Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the customer experience team.

• Monitor and track key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of operational excellence initiatives.

• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on the progress of operational excellence initiatives.

The salary range for this position is $89,000 - $111,200. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education geography and other relevant factors.

YOU MUST HAVE

• 6 years of proven experience in driving operational excellence and process improvement initiatives.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent project management and organizational skills.

• Ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams.

• Experience in customer experience management is preferred.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools.
