Insight Global Subcontracts Analyst in Pasadena, California

Job Description

Apply and interpret established procurement policies, procedures, and processes, including those that are complex and may require in-depth analysis and interpretation; ensure compliance with internal and external business standards, and regulatory requirements.

 Analyze and review subcontracts using multiple factors and criteria; independently apply business expectations and market terms to find practical solutions.

 Review subcontract redlines from vendors or suppliers negotiate standard requests and/or recommend higher level review by Purchasing leadership and Legal.

 Understanding situational risk for each type of subcontract and make recommendations based on the understanding of the contract.

 Serve as a subcontracts knowledge leader and technical resource and interface between subcontractors, collaborate with Purchasing personnel and Legal, interacts with internal customers, managers, team members and external vendors.

 Works with internal stakeholders to streamline the subcontracts review process.

Salary: $81,000-$100,000

Skills and Requirements

5+ years of contract/subcontract administration experience preferably in the construction industry.

 Significant experience negotiating and administering subcontracts with terms and conditions commonly found in the construction industry.

 Experience developing and writing a variety of contract types, including fixed price and reimbursable contracts. null
