Job Summary
This job is in the Human Resources job family (Department), which covers administrative positions that manage
supervise, administer, advise on, or deliver human resources management products or services. This includes specialized work that involves developing, delivering, managing, and maintaining HR information systems (paramount knowledge requirement is HR, rather than IT) and/or benefits administration.

Develops and administers various human resources plans and procedures for all company personnel.
Manages ongoing Human Resources operations including recruitment efforts, training, employee relations and/or outplacement counseling, exit interviews, etc. as well as other projects.
Develops and maintains required records, reports, and logs to conform to applicable Federal, state, and/or local regulations.
Leads, coaches, and mentors a team of Human Resources professionals while managing resource allocation and staffing.
Participates in developing Human Resources goals, objectives, and systems, and recommends necessary changes.
Recommends new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of Human Resources operations and services performed and re-evaluates them for cost-effectiveness.
Supports line managers in forecasting and planning their talent pipeline requirements in line with business s
