Compensation Range:

Anticipated Base compensation rate is in the range of $74,880.00 – $89,860.00 / Year depending on qualifications and experience.

Expectations:

Reporting to the Senior Director, Donor Engagement and Communications, the Annual Fund Manager will create and execute a plan for the Huntington Annual Fund that supports strategies to grow the base of annual donors under $2,000 and generate unrestricted revenue. The Annual Fund Manager will play a key role in soliciting both current and prospective donors, with emphasis on planning and executing a multi-channel direct response fundraising program.

This role requires exceptional organizational and time management skills, demonstrated ability to create and edit written content across deliverables, and comfortability with annual giving best practice and metrics to guide revenue, participation, and engagement strategies. The successful candidate must be an amiable collaborator able to work independently and prioritize in a quickly changing environment. This position does not have responsibility for personally soliciting a portfolio of donors and will not be required to produce events. This is a hybrid position and requires submission of a cover letter.

EDUCATION:Bachelor's Degree required.

EXPERIENCE/TRAINING:Minimum 5+ years annual giving experience in a non-profit healthcare or higher education setting, with proven experience managing and executing a comprehensive direct response fundraising program. Demonstrated success in philanthropy-related project management required. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet varying deadlines with limited supervision. Excellent written communication skills. Hands-on experience with donor database software (Raiser’s Edge) preferred.
