Description

We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a highly organized and detail-oriented Accountant in Pasadena, California. The primary function of this role is to perform various accounting tasks, with keen attention to credit management. You will be part of our team in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with the Project Management Team for invoicing purposes

• Utilize accounting software such as Quickbooks Online and Microsoft Excel for various accounting tasks

• Apply strong knowledge of accounting concepts, functions, and procedures in daily tasks

• Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with customers and team members

• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) efficiently.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.

• 2+ years of Accounting experience

• Experience with Quickbooks Online is essential.

• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel are required.
