Hybrid position available! A global organization based in Parsippany, NJ is currently seeking a Controller for one of their largest business units to cover for an extended leave of absence. The Controller will be a liaison among multiple stakeholders, and will work to ensure compliance with IFRS standards, as well as company policies as it pertains to monthly close activities, financial reporting, and risk management. The Controller will ensure that operational finance groups report results on-time, review Balance Sheet reconciliations and variance analysis, prepare forecasts, and work with auditors. Familiarity with net working capital, consolidated results, intercompany transactions, and working with on/offshore shared service centers is a must. This role requires a strong communicator who is able to manage conversations and analysis with leaders of varying levels, and influence change as-needed. The ideal Controller will have recent experience working in large, complex consumer products or retail organizations, with a foundation in Big 4 accounting, and must have a CPA.
