Description

Searching for a CFO or Controller level candidate with good experience working in the higher education industry (either university, college, trade school, or private high schools). MUST have 5+ years of relevant higher education accounting / finance experience working at a minimum at the Controller level with strong supervisory and leadership experience. Will work closely with the President of the College along with other Sr. leaders regarding the budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning and overseeing all accounting and finance operations. Will also oversee the coordination of the grants and grant proposals for the college. Experience in the Non-Profit public government industry is also a plus. This is a HANDS-ON position but will also have leadership responsibilities and oversee a team of 5 accounting professionals. The company offers a competitive compensation package in the $145-175K range depending on experience and including good benefits. This is an ONSITE position with in-office work schedule required but the hours are very reasonable. Very nice office location and environment in Northwestern NJ as well.
