AON Client Executive - Real Estate in Parramatta, Australia

    What the day will look like

    You will focus on supporting a team who are educating clients on risk and insurance products, submitting, and brokering business, presenting, and closing opportunities and servicing accounts. Key responsibilities will include –

  • Manage a Real Estate Insurance portfolio transacted through new Affinity digital platform

  • Achieve personal and team revenue targets within identified markets - working to clear KPI’s and targets across Acquisition and Retention

  • Research the market to develop a good understanding of client needs, industry risk and business environment

  • Negotiate new & renewal terms with internal and external underwritings

  • Partner with stakeholders and colleagues across the business to exceed client expectations

  • Multi-tasking whilst navigating a range of technologies

  • Collaborating and sharing knowledge with colleagues across the team and business

  • Work within company policy, compliance, laws and regulations

  • Participate in training and coaching sessions to develop technical knowledge

  • Support all aspects of the workload of high volume quotation inbound/outbound calls, email and Salesforce leads

  • Run high volume of quotation inbound/outbound calls and email leads

  • Interface with prospects through several channels, such as Salesforce Software, and inbound and outbound phone calls

  • Work within company policy, compliance, laws and regulations

    Skills and experience that will lead to success

  • Experience across Insurance Broking, ideally with Financial Lines or Real Estate

  • Experience operating in a sales environment achieving clear targets and KPI’s

  • Experience in Insurance and Claims OR in Financial Services servicing large client volumes

  • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

  • Ability to solve problems creatively and show initiative

  • Analyse information and data, to identify opportunities and prioritize

  • Possess a zest for learning and ability to make sense of information and learn systems and technologies at speed.

  • Sales mindset and ability to make a connection with clients (Sales)

  • Experience using software programs or systems that might include Salesforce, CRM, MS Excel and Outlook (training in Salesforce will be provided).

  • Tier 1 accreditation / Insurance Broking qualifications is desirable, enrolment into Tier 1 can be arranged on commencement
