Program Lead, ASG

POSITION PROFILE

Independently oversees assigned critical correspondence programs, which often require considerable resources and high levels of functional integration. Supports Parma MS-Offsite Infrastructure initiatives from original concept through implementation and eventual steady state. Interfaces with all areas affected by the program including end users, distributors, vendors, engineers, and other Ricoh groups. Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews program deliverables. May communicate with company executives regarding the status of specific program.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

�· Reviews proposal or program plan to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of Implementation.

�· Establishes work plan by working with the involved internal resources.

�· Confers with Ricoh staff and customer to outline work plan.

�· Directs and coordinates activities of program personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule.

�· Reviews status reports prepared by program personnel and vendors. Modifies schedules or plans, as required.

�· Prepares regular reports for management, Program stakeholders or others as needed.

�· Coordinates with appropriate Ricoh personnel to achieve problem resolution and gather information related to any RCA that may occur as a result of infrastructure deployments, upgrades or expansions. May be responsible to participate in Root Cause Analysis and remediation strategies depending upon the severity of the incident.

�· Coordinates program activities with activities of 3rd party contractors, suppliers, service providers, etc.

�· Depending on the size and scope of the initiative, directs activities of Ricoh personnel and serves as main contact on all aspects of implementation and continuing into steady state status.

�· Will provide feedback to functional management of Program personnel to assist in performance evaluations.

�· Where applicable, prepare monthly activity information that Is uses by the billing team to create the invoices.

�· Responsible to ensure ongoing maintenance and upgrade requirements are boarded and maintained to ensure continuity of the services Ricoh provides.

QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience, and Certifications)

�· Four-year college or equivalent experience.

�· Must have a minimum of 3- 5 years Program Management experience preferably in a service bureau environment.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

�· Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.

�· Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common technical journals, financial reports, and documents.

�· Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.

�· Ability to effectively present information to clients, top management, groups.

�· Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

�· Must possess excellent organizational, communications and documentation skills.

�· Must possess advanced skills using Microsoft Word, Excel and Project.

�· Must possess ability to create, maintain and publish comprehensive financial and performance reports for assigned projects.
