Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Brief

DIRECT HIRE

Shift: 1st Shift - 7am-3:30pm Monday thru Friday + Overtime as needed (45-50/hrs. per week)

Pay: $30-35/hour

Immediate opening for a 1st shift (7am-3:30pm) Industrial Maintenance Technician. Must be able to repair hydraulic systems and have experience working with 480V 3 phase electrical systems. This is a large metal fabrication environment and will be loud and dirty at times. Candidate will be expected to be a Hydraulic Rockstar. Must be able to troubleshoot & repair the largest Vertical Milling Machine in North America.

• Troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment such as rolling equipment, laser cutting equipment, large break press (60ft long), and other metal fabrication equipment

• Troubleshoot hydraulic systems - understand pressure, install cylinders, repair & troubleshoot pumps, replace hydraulic filters

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems that include 480V 3 phase systems

• Utilize blueprints for mechanical repairs

• Utilize and read schematics for electrical repairs and machine wiring

• Primarily will work independently, may work in a small team based on repair

Work Site

Metal fabrication environment - loud and dirty at times.
