REQUIREMENTS: Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. At least 12 months of property management experience is required for this position. Affordable housing experience is preferred (especially LIHTC). Ability to use computer hardware and software, mobile devices, and other technology applications. Pass drug test upon offer of employment. JOB DESCRIPTION: The Property Manager will be responsible for the operational performance of your assigned property with the support from a maintenance team.
