REQUIREMENTS: Two Full-Time Merchandise Managers needed in upper Parkersburg/Vienna. Prefer prior retail and management experience but not required. Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Able to bend and transport merchandise. HS/Equivalency required. No drivers license required but must be able to be at work on time. No drug screening required. Will hire 16 years old and up. Will do a background check if an offer of employment is made. Will train. JOB DESCRIPTION: Responsible for assisting with merchandising and freight processing tasks. Assist with the hiring, training and development of store associates. Assist with all store functions and day-to-day store activities. Able to perform all opening and closing procedures in the absence of the Store Manager. Adhere to all policies and procedures including safety guidelines. Maintain a professional and friendly environment. Meet or exceed productivity standards. Assist in ordering and stocking all merchandise needs, including frozen & refrigerated items. Maintain stockroom organization and ensure that the sales floor is sales effective on a daily basis. Assist in planning, merchandising and maintaining Clip Strips and Power Panels with sales effective items. Assist the Store Manager in planning and implementing monthly Sales Planners. Part-time, day and evening shifts. Store is open 9am - 9pm. Flexible schedule. Pay starts at $12.50 - $13.00 and is being discussed to increase. Benefits will be discussed at the interview.
