We are looking for people with experience in Human Resources Management, interested in starting a SWEET career as part of our HR team at PIM’s Headquarters in Park Ridge, New Jersey on a Hybrid schedule. This manager will report to our Chief Human Resources Officer.

The ideal candidate manages programs and activities related to Associate Relations, Engagement, Performance Management, Organizational Effectiveness, and other HR / Talent initiatives for PIM Brands.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Talent Management / Organizational Effectiveness

  • Partner with Internal departments to create career pathing models for associates

  • Help to define capability requirements at each level within the department

  • Annual evaluation of titles & compensation to ensure fair pay practices

  • Deploy Talent & Development Programs

  • Own and drive the performance management process Globally, and lead all aspects for Park Ridge Associates

  • HR Business Partner to Leaders in the Park Ridge HQ site

  • Responsible for the associate experience from onboarding / orientation through termination

  • Coach, mentor and advisor to functional leaders and associates

  • Drives a passion for high performance human capital practices and outcomes through business leadership

  • Conduct & resolve investigations related to Associate Relations issues

  • Assist in the evaluation, selection and implementation of a new HRIS system

  • Ensures focus and accountability, facilitates collaboration, continuous improvement, and achievement of results. Execute strategies that deliver goals with a commitment to excellence and dissatisfaction for the status quo

  • Take a lead role in executing the HR Roadmap, leading specific projects, etc.

  • Perform other duties as assigned

    REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelors Degree in HR or related field

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in either HR or Talent Management

  • Experience in CPG or related industry is preferred

  • High level of integrity, professionalism and confidentiality

  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing comprehensive HR programs and initiatives

  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively both through verbal and written communications

  • Track record of creating strong internal partnerships to deliver results

    Worksite:

  • The PIM Brands Global Headquarters in Park Ridge, New Jersey

  • HYBRID- The role requires working on-site: Monday thru Thursday. Work from home/remotely on Fridays

  • Estimated <10-15%; to manufacturing locations, trade shows, retailer/broker/customer business reviews, etc.
