SEASONAL LABOR SOLUTIONS, LTD Experienced Snowmaker (temporary) in PARK CITY, Utah

Seasonal Labor Solutions Ltd in Reno, Nevada is hiring six (6) seasonal, full time experienced Snowmakers starting on 10/01/2024 and ending on 03/31/2025 in Park City, Utah. Duties: Adjust air and water pressure to produce snow. Move hose and monitor snowmaking nozzles. Perform routine cleaning and maintenance to keep nozzles in safe operating condition. Operate over-the-snow vehicles to move equipment and snow (no license required). Job location: 3419 Olympic Parkway, Park City, UT 84098. Wage: $19.90 - $30.00/hour, depending on experience. Eight (8) hrs overtime at $29.85-$45.00/hr depending on experience (1 ½ times regular rate). Additional overtime possible but not guaranteed. Hours: 12:00am - 8:00am., 6 days per week, 48 hours per week, graveyard shift, off Tuesday. Requirements: Must have one (1) full month experience as a snowmaker. Employer will make all deductions from worker's paycheck required by law. Wages computed using single workweek standard, paid every 2 weeks. If the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, employer will reimburse the worker for transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay for worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of $15.88 per day during travel to a maximum of $59.00 per day with receipts. Reimbursement of these inbound transportation costs will be made by way of a company check payable to the worker upon the completion of 50 percent of the employment period. The employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least 3/4 of the workdays in each 12-wk period of the total employment period. Employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies and equipment required to perform job. Employer will reimburse H-2B workers in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees including those mandated by the government, incurred by the H-2B worker.
