We are looking for a HR Manager for our Paris office. The position manages the HR function for Grifols France and ensures the implementation of the local HR strategy and talent agenda in close liaison with regional directives and approaches, and ensures compliance with local labor regulations and local processes.

What your main responsibilities will be

You will have the opportunity to:

  • Proactively establish strong working relationship with client group and employees and align with regional HR and line leadership. Understand key business issues and their impact on HR, and provide Line Managers with consultative support on all people aspects in key business initiatives and HR processes (e.g. Talent Development, Performance Management).

  • Ensure consistency and quality in the standard operational HR processes such as recruitment, retention, compensation, employee development, ensure quality standards.

  • Implement and maintain all core HR processes in collaboration with HR Corporate :

  • Staffing : Collaborate with corporate recruitment team in the launch and follow-up of the recruitment processes.

  • Performance management and Development : Counselling to help managers and associates utilize the performance management process to improve individual and organizational performance.

  • Organizational Talent review and talent management : Career development and talent management support.

  • Training: annual training plan and liaise with finance department for payment of external training, coordinate with Biopharma Sales and Marketing Director the annual training for sales team in compliance with promotional charter regulations and follow up training plan related to laboratory and ensure the compliance with French regulation.

  • Diversity and inclusion : Encourage and assist managers and associates to embrace the power of diversity to drive the business and to create a positive, productive environment where each associate can fully contribute and be valued.

  • Employment law and relations: Ensure adherence to relevant labor and employment law, act as HR Partner with local staff reprensentatives and support General Manager in all operational tasks (ie coordinate staff reprensentative elections, prepare and participate to staff representative meetings with General Manager, facilitate negociations with staff representative) and support management for dispute resolution, liaise with external lawyers to prepare special cases.

  • Communication : Participation in the definition and in the implementation of local actions and corporate actions. Also the HR Manager participate in coordination with the General Manager in the organization of Grifols France Seminars, other meetings…

  • Actively support (change proposal, implementation and evaluation) organization changes. Implement strategies and action plans to support establishment of new culture and new ways of working.

Who you are

  • You have a bachelor's degree related with HR.

  • You have at least 5 years of experience in a related field.

  • You speak fluent English and French.

  • You have experience working with SAP. An advanced Level Microsoft Office an advantage.

  • You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to prioritize and multi-task. You are communicative.
