What your responsibilities will be

  • Implement the operational and governance model of the office.

  • Design the foundations of the architecture (reference architectures) and best practices.

  • Develop architecture processes, principles, and requirements.

  • Define and participate in the creation of strategic plans (technological, applications, etc).

  • Capture business needs, early engagement, and participate in decision-making.

  • Review/develop technical designs for the company’s initiatives.

  • Promote the development of architecture maturity (Gartner).

  • Collaborate (technical leadership) on relevant projects.

  • Adopt a reference architecture framework (such as TOGAF, Gartner, etc.).

  • Develop an application portfolio (processes, services, applications, integrations, technology).

  • Enhance the visibility of the office, disseminate knowledge, and evangelize.

  • Maintain the application mapping and technological plans (obsolescence).

  • Coordinate/integrate the various technology teams (Data, Security, AI Office, Cloud Office, Platforms, RPA, Technology, etc.).

  • Lead technological change and bring value to the company.

Who you are

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

  • Proven experience in developing architecture in a business environment.

  • Strong understanding of Architecture frameworks, tools, methodologies, and best practices.

  • Excellent management skills, with experience coordinating projects involving external consultants, IT teams, and business units.

  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively across diverse teams and cultures.

  • Analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach, able to translate complex technical details into business value.

  • Fluent in English.
