We are searching for the best talent for Data Analytics Lead to be in Parañaque City, Philippines.

Purpose: In this role, you will oversee customer data operations, ensure the effective execution of daily operational tasks, and mentor junior analysts in best data practices. You will play a critical role in maintaining delivery and quality throughout the data processing lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the execution of customer case operations with a focus on quality assurance

• Review processed cases to ensure consistency and accuracy in data operations

• Mentor and guide Junior and Senior Product Data Analysts in handling complex data

• Provide guidance and support to teams using SOURCEVIEW, promoting best practices in data analysis and interpretation

• Analyze complex datasets to derive actionable insights that inform strategic business decisions

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and best practice implementation

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance data collection and reporting processes

• Stay informed on industry developments and recommend innovative methodologies

• Contribute to the development of data governance and quality improvement initiatives

• Share creative and innovative ideas within the team

• Co-develop and provide necessary documentation

• Perform other work-related duties as assigned

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field

• Over 5 years of experience in product data analysis or a similar analytical field

• Proven leadership experience in managing analysts and data operations

• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Ability to communicate complex data concepts to a diverse audience

• Proficiency in analytical software and database management tools
