Our Corporate Management Trainee (CMT) program has a 40-year history of successfully cultivating industry leaders. This highly competitive position provides exposure to every facet of hotel operations and ensures you have gained the experience needed to take on a management role upon program completion.

THE EXPERIENCE

• Complete a 12-month program in Finance

• Receive guidance and support from your hotel leader mentor

• Management of a project around business goals

Qualifications:

• 4-year degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or Finance

• Bilingual

• Continuous work authorization in Costa Rica

• Minimum 9 months of hospitality or Finance experience, supervisory experience preferred
