Job Description

As a Digital Media Planner, you’ll have the responsibility to craft, maintain and optimize the media activations of some of our most important leading brands. Ensure the planning of the brand awareness & performance campaigns (video, search, social media, programmatic, ecommerce, etc) to achieve business results, on time and in line with internal controls, constantly looking for efficiencies and synergies across touchpoints with consumers. You’ll be responsible for bringing innovation to the plans, staying in touch with the industry, assessing consumer & competitive trends.

As a Digital Media Planner you will:

  • Apply analytical skills to media in order to analyze business results led by media activations and improve these.

  • Design best in class strategic plans to achieve brands’ business objectives, constantly looking for efficiencies, ensuring synergies between online & offline vehicles (as well as with other teams such as trial or sales) and within media mix.

  • Guarantee integration with Brand teams, brand strategies, and Media experts in other countries in the region .

  • Partner with our Analytical & Insights team to define test & learn activities to understand how to optimize plans and make them more efficient by understanding consumer trends.

  • Bring brand innovation by staying in touch with the brand team and media industry trends, looking for synergies, and delivering a consumer-centric strategy.

  • Understand basic consumer data structure, business fit, and flows across involved systems.

  • Ensure a business owner mindset, doing things right, tracking budget commitments, and complying with internal controls.

Job Qualifications

  • Mandatory Experience of media landscape. You will require a knowledge of the digital media landscape, and activation of awareness and performance campaigns. Experience in media of 5+ years is required.

  • Courageous Leader with media experience and willingness to continuously learn. We are seeking a business-minded doer with knowledge of the media marketing landscape who puts the consumer experience at the heart of activities and decisions.

  • Innovative and entrepreneurial focus. You will need to be focused and decisive with the ability to take risks where needed. With ability to naturally make creative connections, experiment continuously, and push boundaries.

  • Excellent interpersonal & collaboration skills. You will be trusted to navigate a Matrix organization, influence people, and build strong relationships internally/externally to drive action.

  • Strong Analytical Capabilities, Strategic Thinking and Presentation Skills,

  • Software, Equipment and Tools: Microsoft Office Package. Deep understanding of Digital Planning Platforms including Facebook Campaign Planner, Google Reach Planner, etc. General understanding of Buying Platforms such as Google Adwords, DV360, Facebook Business Manager, Programmatic Media, Tiktok, etc.

  • Preferable: Experience working with CPG companies is highly appreciated.

  • Advanced English.
