We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Strategic Business Development Manager to drive strategic partnerships and revenue growth. This role requires a blend of business acumen, relationship management, and technical knowledge to identify, develop, and nurture key partnerships in our ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and onboard new strategic partners, aligning their capabilities with our business objectives
Develop and execute joint business plans with partners to achieve revenue targets
Manage and grow existing partner relationships to maximize mutual value
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless partner integration and support
Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to inform partnership strategies
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
5+ years of experience in business development, partnership management, or similar roles
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding business development targets
Strong understanding of partner ecosystems, business models, and technology integrations
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present to C-level executives
Advanced negotiation skills and experience in contract negotiations
Proficiency in partner relationship building, establishing and maintaining trust-based rapport to maximize partner collaboration and minimize partner escalations

The base pay range for this role is $104 800 OTE up to $149 350 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
