HP Inc. Expert Strategic Business Development Manager Palo Alto, California

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Strategic Business Development Manager to drive strategic partnerships and revenue growth. This role requires a blend of business acumen, relationship management, and technical knowledge to identify, develop, and nurture key partnerships in our ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and onboard new strategic partners, aligning their capabilities with our business objectives

  • Develop and execute joint business plans with partners to achieve revenue targets

  • Manage and grow existing partner relationships to maximize mutual value

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless partner integration and support

  • Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to inform partnership strategies

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred

  • 5+ years of experience in business development, partnership management, or similar roles

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding business development targets

  • Strong understanding of partner ecosystems, business models, and technology integrations

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present to C-level executives

  • Advanced negotiation skills and experience in contract negotiations

  • Proficiency in partner relationship building, establishing and maintaining trust-based rapport to maximize partner collaboration and minimize partner escalations

The base pay range for this role is $104 800 OTE up to $149 350 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
